Elevate is a small group coaching programme for ambitious business owners who are stretched thin by the demands of growth – and ready to change that.

Over six months, we work through my proven signature framework Built To Last consisting of five core areas that I’ve seen transform businesses and lives: priorities and boundaries, business model, pricing, business development, and mindset.

Not as a checklist, but as an integrated approach to build a business that makes you more money and gives you your time back.

This isn’t generic business coaching.

I bring 16 years of senior corporate experience across law, financial services and consultancy – and nine years of coaching ambitious professionals to grow successfully on their terms. I know what it takes because I’ve lived it, and I’ve helped hundreds of others navigate it using my proven methodology, and personalised approach – because we both know a one-size-fits all solution actually doesn’t work for all.

One To One Onboarding Session

Before the programme begins, we spend time together – just you and me – getting clear on where you are now, what you most want to change, and which of the five areas to prioritise first. You’ll start the group with a clear, personalised direction.

Weekly Group Coaching Calls

We meet weekly for one hour. One call per month goes deep on one of the five pillars – teaching, tools, and practical application. The other calls are open Q&A sessions where you bring whatever is live for you that week and work through it with me.

Private Telegram Channels

Between calls, you’ll have access to a group private Telegram channel where I drop personalised resources, you can ask quick questions, share wins, and support each other. It’s a genuinely connected community – not a ghost town.

Shared Resource Library

Tools, workbooks, and templates organised around the five pillars, available whenever you need them. No linear path required – everyone’s journey is different.

About Kerry

I’m Kerry Jones, an executive coach and mentor based in Brighton with over 16 years of senior corporate experience across law, financial services and consultancy, including FTSE-listed companies. I’ve been running Kerry Jones Coaching for five years, working with ambitious business owners and senior professionals – many of them in legal services – to build businesses that grow without consuming their lives.

I hold ICF (ACC), ILM and ABNLP accreditations, and I also work with Partners at firms including gunnercooke and Cognitive Law.

I’m not a cheerleader. I won’t tell you to hustle harder or think bigger. I’ll help you get genuinely clear on what you want – and then work with you, practically and honestly, to get there.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this only for lawyers?
I have a particular specialism in supporting leaders in legal services and many of my clients are partners and legal business owners. But Elevate is for all business owners stretched thin by the demands of growth.
I’m already stretched thin – how much time will this take?
One hour per week for the group call, plus whatever time you choose to invest between sessions. And here’s the thing – most members find the calls give them back far more time than they take. When you stop spinning your wheels alone and get clear on what actually matters, you make better decisions faster. That’s the point.
What if I miss a call?
Attendance at the weekly calls is not compulsory. Like everything, the more you invest, the greater the results!  Calls are recorded and available to catch up, and the Telegram channel keeps you connected between sessions.
Is this different from working with you 1:1?
Yes. Elevate is a group programme at a more accessible investment, with the added benefit of peer learning and community. If you’d prefer 1:1 support, that’s available separately.
